  • 2 peras
  • zumo de 1 limón
  • 6 cucharadas soperas de almendra en polvo
  • 2 cucharadas de compota de melocotón
  • 1 gota de esencia de almendra
  • Hojitas de menta
  • A pinch of salt

Steps

1.Pelar las peras, partirlas por la mitad, descorazonarlas, y pasarlas por el zumo de limón.

2.Cocerlas al vapor durante 5 minutos, con una pizca de sal.

3.Hacer el mazapán mezclando la almendra en polvo con la compota y la esencia de almendra.

4.Poner el mazapán encima de las peras y decorar con las hojitas de menta.

5.Dejar enfriar y servir
