  • 300 gr de harina integral de avena
  • 250 ml de bebida de quinoa real con arroz
  • 250 gr de sirope de arroz
  • 200 gr de zanahoria
  • 2 cucharaditas de levadura de pastel
  • ½ cucharadita de bicarbonato
  • ½ cucharadita de sal
  • 1 cucharada de café de canela
  • Nuez moscada
  • Ginger
  • 100 ml de aceite de girasol
  • 1 zanahoria grande
  • 100 ml de sirope de arroz/100 ml de agua

Steps

1. Mezclamos todos los ingredientes secos y batimos por otro lado todos los ingredientes líquidos, incorporamos las especies, rallamos la zanahoria y la agregamos y lo ponemos al horno durante 40 minutos a 170º o hasta que metamos un palillo en el pastel y nos salga limpio.

2. Hacemos un jarabe con la melaza y el agua, un trozo de cascara de naranja y un trozo de jengibre fresco y cortamos la zanahoria en forma de tallarines, cocinamos la zanahoria en el jarabe 2 minutos y la dejamos enfriar dentro del jarabe.

3. Cuando saquemos el bizcocho del horno lo pincharemos y mientras este caliente echaremos el jarabe sobre el pastel y decoraremos el pastel con los tallarines de zanahoria y coco por encima.
