350 ml de bebida de quinoa real y arroz
1 cucharada de semillas de chía
1 cucharadita de maca en polvo
1 plátano maduro
1 kiwi maduro
1 pizca de jengibre en polvo
1 pizca de vainilla en polvo
Sirope de arroz

Steps

1.Congelar el plátano cortado en rodajas.

2. Pelar el kiwi y añadir el plátano.

3. Meter en el vaso de la batidora la fruta troceada, la bebida vegetal, la chía, la maca, el jengibre y la vainilla. Añadir un poco de sirope de arroz y batir.3. Una vez todo esté bien batido podemos corregir el dulzor con un poco más de sirope, o el espesor, añadiendo un poco más de bebida vegetal.
