Su sabor, siendo menos ácido, más suave y lleno que el vinagre de vino, se combina perfectamente con cualquier plato de cereales, verduras y algas, resaltando su sabor sin modificarlo. Puede utilizarse como sustitutivo del vinagre convencional. Acidez: 4,4%.
