320g de lacitos de trigo duro ecológicos Alce Nero

Verduras de temporada

1 tarro de pesto vegano de Alce Nero con tofu

200 gr de garbanzos previamente hervidos

2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva virgen extra

20 tomates cherry

Salt

Steps

1. Lavamos la verdura y la horneamos a 200ºC en una bandeja para horno forrada con papel vegetal.

2. Lavamos los tomates y los cortamos por la mitad.

3. Cocemos la pasta en abundante agua con sal siguiendo las instrucciones del paquete.

4. Vertemos el pesto en un bol y mezclamos.

5. Agregamos los tomates cherry, los garbanzos y la verdura.

6. Escurrimos la pasta y la colocamos en el bol.

7. Mezclamos todo bien y servimos.
