Las zanahorias, naturalmente aromáticas, se someten a un proceso de prensado para que conserven todos sus nutrientes, antes de combinarlas con el ácido láctico, llevando a cabo todo el proceso sin la adición de sal. El proceso de lactofermentación cambia el valor de pH del producto favoreciendo su digestión, estabiliza la mezcla y le añade una ligera acidez agradable. Todos los ingredientes utilizados son libres de organismos genéticamente modificados y proceden de agricultura ecológica, apoyando el cultivo regional.
