Dos bases de pizza elaboradas con harina integral 100% de espelta procedente de cultivo ecológico. Para combinar con verduras cortadas, olivas, etc.
Harina integral de espelta*(30%), harina de espelta*(30%), agua, levadura de cerveza, aceite extra virgen de oliva*, sal, masa madre de espelta*.
Puede contener trazas de soja y mostaza.
Precalentar al horno a 220 grados y guarnecer como se prefiera. Ponerla directamente en la parilla del horno (sin fuente) y cocinar de 8 a 10 minutos. Conservar un lugar fresco y seco. Una vez abierto, conservar en refrigeración y consumir en 2-3 días.
