Category1. Picar la cebolla, el ajo, el pimiento, rallar el calabacín y pocharlo todo en la sartén.
2. Triturar los garbanzos, añadir el arroz, las verduras y el cilantro picado al gusto.
3. Corregir de sal y dar forma a las hamburguesas.
4. Para rebozar las hamburguesas mezclar 3 cucharadas de harina de garbanzo con agua hasta tener una textura de huevo batido un poco más espeso y sazonar.
5. Rebozar las hamburguesas por la mezcla de huevo y luego por la polenta. Cocinarlas a la plancha.
6. Para elaborar el chutney, pelar y trocear el mango, rallar un trocito de jengibre y ponerlo en un cazo junto con una cucharada de agave. Reducir a baja temperatura hasta obtener una textura de mermelada. Añadir vinagre de manzana en función de lo agridulce que queramos el chutney.
