  • 300 grams of spelt flour
  • 150 ml rice syrup
  • 150 ml sunflower oil
  • 100 grams of ground toasted almonds
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Lemon zest

Steps

1. Tostar la harina de espelta lentamente en la sartén hasta conseguir un color dorado (más o menos unos 10 minutos).

2. Poner la harina tostada en una superficie lisa y seca, formar un hueco en el medio y añadir la almendra y la canela y la ralladura de limón.  Añadir también el aceite de girasol y el sirope de arroz.

3. Amasar hasta conseguir una masa fina.

4. Extender el rodillo hasta conseguir un grosor de 2 cm y cortar en círculos.

5. Esparcir un poco de aceite en un papel de horno y colocar los polvorones. Hornear a 200 grados unos 10 minutos o hasta que se doren un poco.
