  • 1 tira de alga kombu o nori
  • Aceite de sésamo
  • 1 pizca de pimienta
  • 1 aguacate
  • Zumo de limón
  • 1 cucharadita de wasabi

Steps

1. Triturar el aguacate con un poco de sal y limón. Añadir el wasabi y reservar.

2. Cortar el alga kombu o nori en trozos de 1 centímetro y freír durante 10 segundos en aceite de sésamo caliente.

3. Servir con el guacamole con wasabi que hemos preparado.
