  • 250g de fusilli de arroz y quinoa real
  • Media cebolla
  • 1 carrot
  • Medio calabacín
  • Una cucharada de semillas de sésamo
  • Una cucharada sopera de aceite de sésamo
  • Una cucharada sopera de shoyu

Steps

1.Hervir 250g de fusilli de quinoa real y arroz durante 10 minutos aproximadamente.

2.Cortar la cebolla, la zanahoria y el calabacín en finas tiras. Añadir un chorrito de aceite de sésamo al wok y pochar las verduras.

3.Pochar unos minutos la cebolla y la zanahoria y añadir un poco de salsa de soja.

4.Cuando la zanahoria esté blanda, incorporar el calabacín, mezclar y cocinar dos minutos más.

5.Mezclar los fusilli de quinoa real y arroz con las verduras y añadir un chorrito de salsa de soja.

6.Servir con unas semillas de sésamo por encima.
