Para la base:

1 y 1/2 taza de harina de avena

1/3 de taza de aceite de coco

1/2 taza de sirope de arroz

1 pizca de sal

1 cucharita de canela

La cáscara de 1/2 limón

2 cucharadas de bebida vegetal

 

 

Para el relleno:

1/2 bote de compota de cítricos la Finestra

100 g de puré de manzana la Finestra

2 cucharadas de thaín

1/2 taza de sirope de arroz

Steps

Preparamos la base:

1.En un bol mezclamos todos los ingredientes secos.

2.En otro bol mezclamos el sirope con el aceite de coco, removemos bien e incorporamos a los ingredientes secos.

3.Amasamos bien y si la masa resulta demasiado seca añadimos algunas cucharadas de bebidas vegetal.

4.Seguimos amasando hasta conseguir una bola compacta. La envolvemos en papel film y la dejamos enfriar en la nevera durante 1/2 hora.

5.Pasado el tiempo, extendemos la masa con un rodillo y forramos la base del molde de 22cm.

6.Retiramos la masa excedente y la reservamos para decorar.

7.Preparamos el relleno mezclando todos los ingredientes en un bol hasta conseguir una crema homogénea.

8.Vertemos la crema dentro del molde y mezclamos bien con una espátula.

9.Extendemos  la masa que nos ha sobrado con la ayuda de un rodillo. Hacemos unos cuantos corazones, con un molde para galletas, para hacer la decoración de la tarta.

10.Horneamos a 180 grados durante unos 30-40 min hasta que se dore.

11.Servir con una taza de té chai.
