Ingredients

1 taza de garbanzos

1/2 taza de quinoa roja

Pickels de jengibre

1 zanahoria rallada

1 puñado de cherry

1 puñado de canónigos

Para la vinagreta:

1/2 vaso de yogur griego de soja

1 c de cúrcuma

2 cucharadas de AOVE

Sal y pimienta

Zumo de 1/2 limón

Steps

1. Cocinamos los garbanzos y la quinoa por separado según indicaciones del paquete. Reservamos.

2.Lavamos la verdura, rallamos la zanahoria y cortamos las cherry por la mitad.

3.Para el aliño, mezclamos todos los ingredientes en un tarro y removemos bien par que quede bien integrado.

4.Montamos el tarro con todos los ingredientes. Si nos la llevamos al trabajo podemos optar por poner la vinagreta debajo y añadir encima todos los ingredientes o llevarla por separado y añadirla en el momento de servir.
