1 bloque de tofu
1 lechuga
1 pepino
1 carrot
Hinojo fresco
Rábanos
Maíz cocido
Semillas de chía
Perejil cortado fino

Para el macerado:

1 taza de agua
4 cucharadas de shoyu
Laurel
Tomillo
1 cucharada de aceite de oliva extravirgen exprimido en frío
1 cucharada de vinagre
Ajo al gusto

Steps

1. Cortar el bloque de tofu a dados.2. Preparar el macerado mezclando todos los ingredientes en una fuente de cerámica o vidrio y dejar el tofu en maceración durante 2-3 horas.3. Preparar la ensalada lavando la zanahoria, el pepino, los rábanos y la lechuga con abundante agua. Añadir el maíz cocido.4. Escurrir el tofu y mezclarlo con la ensalada.5. Moler las semillas de chía y Espolvorear el polvo por encima6. Decorar con hinojo y perejil.7. Aliñar al gusto y servir.
