150 g de fresas maduras (frescas o descongeladas)

1 cda. de zumo de lima o limón

120 ml de bebida de avena en vidrio

1 cda. de sirope de arroz

Cobertura

80 g de chocolate negro

2 cdas. de aceite de coco

Trozos de fresa

Coco rallado

Steps

1. Pon en el vaso de la batidora las fresas y el zumo de lima. Tritura hasta obtener una textura de batido.

2. Añade la bebida de avena y el sirope de arroz. Vuelve a batir hasta que esté todo integrado.

3. Llena los moldes de helado con la mezcla y deja en el congelador durante al menos 4 horas o hasta que se hayan endurecido por completo.

4. Por último, funde el chocolate negro con el aceite de coco al baño María o unos segundos en el microondas.

5. Pon la mezcla en un vaso estrecho y sumerge cada helado en el chocolate. Añade unos trocitos de fresa por encima y espolvorea un poco de coco.

6. Vuelve a meter los helados al congelador 15 minutos y estarán listos.
