  • 1 bote de amazake de arroz
  • 1 bote de nata de avena
  • 6 cucharadas de almendra en polvo
  • 4 cucharadas rasas de cacao en polvo
  • 1 cucharadita de canela en polvo
  • 1 paquete de galletas endulzado con sirope de cereales
  • 6 cucharadas de sirope de arroz
  • 1 vasito de vino de arroz ( mirin)
  • Compota de arándanos

Steps

1. Mezclar la nata de avena, la melaza de arroz, la almendra molida y el cacao en polvo. Calentar 5 minutos, remover bien y dejar enfriar

2. Verter una capa de amazake de arroz sobre un molde. Mojar las galletas con vino de arroz y disponerlas encima del amazake creando una capa

3. Verter una capa de la mezcla de cacao sobre las galletas. Añadir otra capa de galletas empapadas en vino y finalmente una capa de amazake. Dejar enfriar toda la noche en la nevera

4. Congelar el amazake restante, batir con la batidora, volver a congelar y servir una bola como acompañamiento del tiramisú

5. Cubrir con una capa de mermelada de arándanos y espolvorear con cacao en polvo
