1 taza de harina de garbanzos
½ vaso de agua
1 taza de pan rallado
1 c. cúrcuma
½ c pimienta
1 c. pimentón
1 c. ajo granulado
1 c. cebolla granulada

1. Cortamos el seitán en cortes irregulares y reservamos.
2. Para el rebozado seco mezclamos el pan rallado con la sal, y la mitad de las especias.
3. Para el rebozado líquido mezclamos la harina de garbanzos y el shoyu con el agua y la otra mitad de las especias. Integramos todo hasta conseguir una masa líquida con la misma textura de huevo batido.
4. Pasamos el seitán primero por la mezcla líquida y luego lo pasamos por pan rallado. Lo disponemos en una bandeja de horno y horneamos unos 10- 15 minutos o hasta que se doren, a 200 grados.
5. Servimos con vuestra salsa favorita.
