  • 1 vaso de harina de trigo sarraceno
  • 1 vaso de bebida vegetal de avena
  • Una pizca de vainilla en polvo
  • Aceite de coco


 

Steps

1. Mezclar la harina  con la vainilla y la bebida vegetal.

2. Pincelar con unas gotas de aceite de coco una sartén ancha o una crepera. Verter un cucharón con la pasta y esparcir con una cuchara o con una espátula. Esperar a que se haga por la cara de abajo y, con una espátula fina, desenganchar los bordes. Pasar a un plato plano y poner otra vez en la sartén o crepera dándole la vuelta

3. Rellenar con: compota de fruta, crema de cacahuete, crema de algarroba o de cacao, fruta fresca o cocida, etc…
