70 gr de cacao prensado o en tableta
40 gr de crema de cacao
3 cucharadas de aceite de coco
Sirope de arroz
1 vaso de quinoa hinchada
1 vaso y 1/2 de avellanas o 4 cucharadas de crema de avellanas
Fresas deshidratadas

Steps

1.Para elaborar la crema de avellanas: tostar unas cuantas avellanas y triturar con el resto junto con una cucharada de aceite de coco.

2.Si no tenemos una batidora potente, triturar una vez cada hora durante 5h más o menos. (Este paso nos lo podemos saltar si compramos la crema de avellanas ya hecha).

3.Triturar las fresas hasta obtenerlas en forma de polvo Picar el cacao, la manteca, el aceite de coco, calentarlo en un cazo al baño maría con el sirope de quinoa real y la crema de avellanas, removiendo rápidamente hasta obtener una textura líquida. Añadirle la quínoa inflada y mezclar bien.

4.Verterlo en un molde de silicona con forma rectangular. Dejar enfriar 5 minutos en la nevera.

5.Añadirle por encima el polvo de fresas deshidratadas. Volver a guardar en la nevera hasta que esté totalmente duro (aproximadamente 1h).
