2 puerros

1 puñado de shiitakes

Un chorrito de aciete

1 bloque de tofu

250 gr de arroz 

1 cucharada de miso 

Steps

1. Pica los puerros en daditos finos y filetea la shiitake.

2. Saltea las setas en una sartén amplia de fondo grueso con un poco de aceite y una pizca de sal durante 4 minutos.

3. Incorpora el tofu picado en daditos y saltea otro minutos más.

4. Añade el puerro y otra pizca de sal y saltea durante 2 minutos removiendo constantemente.

5. Añade el arroz cocido y mezcla todo bien.

6. Disuelve el miso en 2 tazas de agua. Incorpóralo a la cazuela y deja que se cocine todo junto a fuego suave y tapado durante 5 minutos para que liguen bien todos los sabores
