500 g. de tomates rojos bien maduros

1/2 pimiento rojo italiano

1 diente de ajo pequeño sin el germen

50 g. de cebolleta o cebolla

250 g de cerezas

2 cucharadas de vinagre de umeboshi

4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva virgen extra.

100 ml. de agua

Para las semillas crujientes

2 cucharadas de semillas de girasol

2 cucharadas de semillas de calabaza

1 cucharada de semillas de sésamo negro

1 cucharada de semillas de amapola

1 cucharadita de aceite de coco

1 cucharadita de tamari

Steps

1. Lavamos y troceamos todos los ingredientes y los trituramos con una batidora.

2. Tostamos las semillas en una sartén con el aceite de coco durante unos 4-5 minutos o hasta que se doren un poco. Pasarlas a un cuenco y añadir la salsa de soja o tamari.

3. Servir como topping
