  • Aceite de sésamo
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cucharada de algas hijiki dejadas en remojo
  • Shoyu
  • Limón
  • 1 vasito de té kukicha
  • Una cucharada de semillas de sésamo negro tostadas
  • Zumo de jengibre recién exprimido
  • Una pizca de sal marina no refinada

Steps

1. Tirar el agua que hemos utilizado para el remojo de las algas hijiki y cocerlas durante 10 minutos en agua nueva de buena calidad.

2. Colar las algas y reservar.

3. Cortar las zanahorias en tiras finas.

4. Calentar una sartén pequeña de fondo grueso. Para nuestro propósito, una sartén yang de hierro fundido sería ideal.

5. Pincelar de aceite la sartén y añadir la zanahoria y la pizca de sal.

6. Saltear durante un minuto, incorporar las algas hijiki, seguir salteando un minuto más.

7. Añadir el vasito de té kukicha, cocer durante 10 minutos.

8. En el último momento, agregar unas gotas de shoyu.

9. Servir con zumo de jengibre, unas gotas de zumo de limón y sésamo negro tostado.
