  • 1 bol pequeño de arroz basmati cocido
  • 1 vaso de zumo de naranja
  • 4 vasos de bebida vegetal de Quinua Real, arroz y coco
  • 50 g de uvas pasas
  • 2 cucharadas soperas de sirope de arroz
  • 30 g de bayas de goji
  • 1 pizca de sal marina
  • Chips de coco

Steps

1. Mezclar todos los ingredientes en una olla, excepto las chips de coco, y cocinar con tapa a fuego lento durante 25 minutos.

2. Remover de vez en cuando y, si se engancha, añadir un poco de agua.

3. Servir en boles individuales, decorando con unas pocas chips de coco y bayas de goji.
