Category500 ml de bebida de avena en vidrio
1 mango
1 cucharada de sirope de arroz
Esencia de vainilla
Una rama de canela
Cáscara de limón
1.Infusionamos la bebida de avena en un cazo junto con la rama de canela, la cáscara de limón y la esencia de vainilla, durante unos 10 minutos hasta aromatizar la bebida pero sin que llegue a hervir.
2.Colamos la mezcla y la dejamos enfriar. Vertemos la bebida aromatizada en una cubitera y la congelamos unas horas.
3.Cortamos el mango a cubos y lo congelamos.
4.Para hacer el granizado trituramos la bebida congelada en cubitos con una batidora potente y vertemos el granizado en un vaso.
5.A continuación trituramos el mango y lo añadimos como topping por encima del granizado. Conseguiremos una bebida bicolor muy refrescante.
