100gr de quinoa
1 cebolla roja
1 tomate
perejil
aceite de oliva
zumo de 1 limón
3 cucharadas de vinagre de umeboshi
3 cucharadas de Shoyou
Tofu natural sin gluten Vivibio

Steps

1.Cortar la cebolla en cuadritos pequeños y dejar macerar en sal y aceite de oliva

2.Cortar el tomate en cubos pequeños

3.Cortar el perejil

4.Cortar el tofu en trozos pequeños5.Mezclar todos los ingredientes6.Hacer una vinagreta con el aceite de oliva, el vinagre de umeboshi y tamari

7.Condimentar y volver a mezclar
