400gr de azukis

60 g de cacao en polvo

190 g de sirope de arroz

1 cucharada de canela

85 g de crema de cacahuete

1 pizca de sal

75 g de chocolate negro triturado

Para el topping:

2 cucharadas de cacao

1 cucharada de aceite de coco

1 cucharada de sirope

Frambuesas

Steps

1. Cocinamos las azukis y reservamos en una taza bien escurridas.

2. Vertemos todos los ingredientes del relleno en un procesador de alimentos, menos el chocolate.

3. Trituramos hasta conseguir una textura homogénea, si fuera necesario añadimos un poco de agua o bebida vegetal al gusto.

4. Incorporamos el chocolate picado y mezclamos bien.

5. Forramos un molde de papel de cocina y vertemos la mezcla.

6. Horneamos en un horno precalentado a 180 grados durante unos 20-25 minutos.

7. Mientras preparamos la salsa de chocolate mezclamos el cacao con la melaza y el aceite de coco hasta que nos quede una crema bien integrada.
