1 plátano troceado y congelado

1 melocotón troceado y congelado

1 nectarina troceada y congelada

1 vaso de bebida de avena

½ cdta. de extracto de vainilla

Toppings

1 cdta. de semillas de calabaza

1 cdta. de crema de cacahuete

½ melocotón en láminas

2 frambuesas

1 pizca de canela

Steps

1. Pon en una batidora el plátano, el melocotón, la nectarina, la bebida de avena y la vainilla. Tritura un minuto hasta obtener una textura cremosa.

2. Sirve en uno o dos boles y añade por encima semillas de calabaza, crema de cacahuete, láminas de melocotón, frambuesas y una pizca de canela que le va fenomenal a estas frutas.
