  • 200 gr de cebada descascarillada
  • Maíz cocido
  • 1 carrot
  • Guisantes frescos

 

  • Para la mayonesa:
  • 1 poco de bebida vegetal de soja
  • Aceite extra virgen de oliva exprimido en frío
  • Limón
  • Salt

Steps

1. Hervir la cebada en abundante agua y un poco de sal con la olla destapada, durante 40-45 minutos.

2. Colar la cebada y dejar enfriar.

3. Escaldar la zanahoria y los guisantes y mezclar todos los ingredientes.

4. Para preparar la mayonesa de soja, batir bien todos los ingredientes hasta conseguir la textura deseada.

5. Añadir la mayonesa a la ensaladilla. Servir a temperatura ambiente.
