Espagueti de espelta bio
Los espagueti de espelta ecológico IRIS se producen con una mezcla de granos cuidadosamente seleccionados por ellos de su propia cosecha, para garantizar un producto con un alto valor nutricional y con una óptima resistencia a la cocción. Toda la elaboración responde plenamente al método tradicional, con dibujo en bronce, para obtener una pasta agradablemente más rugosa y porosa, ideal para absorber y realzar las salsas.

Para preparar 500 g de pasta, ponga a hervir unos 5 litros de agua con sal. Vierta la pasta y cocine durante el tiempo de cocción especificado, removiendo de vez en cuando, cocer durante el tiempo de cocción indicado, escurrir, sazonar al gusto y servir.
