Toda la elaboración responde plenamente al método tradicional, con dibujo en bronce, para obtener una pasta agradablemente más rugosa y porosa, ideal para absorber y realzar las salsas.

Para preparar 500 g de pasta, ponga a hervir unos 5 litros de agua con sal. Vierta la pasta y cocine durante el tiempo de cocción especificado, removiendo de vez en cuando, cocer durante el tiempo de cocción indicado, escurrir, sazonar al gusto y servir.
