  • 1 bloque de tempeh cortado en varios trozos
  • 1 tira de alga wakame
  • 2 c.s. de shoyu 
  • 2 zanahorias ralladas finas y bien escurridas
  • ½ diente de ajo picado fino
  • ½ c.c. de comino en polvo
  • Un poco de perejil picado fino
  • Aceite de oliva exprimido en frío
  • White wheat flour

Steps

1. Cocer el tempeh con agua que cubra la mitad de su volumen, junto con la salsa de soja y el alga wakame durante 15 minutos. Con ayuda de un tenedor desmenuzarlo completamente.

2. En un recipiente grande, mezclar las zanahorias ralladas y bien escurridas junto al tempeh desmenuzado, el alga wakame cortada fina, el comino, el ajo y el perejil. Mezclar bien hasta conseguir una masa compacta y moldeable.

3. Dejar enfriar unos minutos, hacer las croquetas y rebozarlas con harina blanca de trigo.

4. Calentar aceite y freírlas hasta que se doren por los dos lados. Secarlas con papel absorbente y servirlas inmediatamente.
