Category1. Dejar en remojo las semillas de chía con agua durante 20 minutos.
2. Coger dos tazas de copos de quinoa real y reservar.
3. Triturar las avellanas y picar las pasas.
4. Mezclar los copos, las pasas y las avellanas molidas. Añadir un poquito de vainilla en polvo, la harina de quinoa real, la harina integral de trigo sarraceno, la ralladura de limón y las semillas de chía.
5. Mezclar bien.
6. Añadir el aceite de sésamo y dos cucharadas de sirope de arroz. Mezclar de nuevo y moldear en forma de galletas.
7. Hornear a 180º durante 15 minutos aproximadamente.
