Ingredients

100 g de puré de almendras
50 g de compota de cítricos
50 g de sirope de arroz
250 ml de bebida de avena sin gluten
250 g de cuscús de trigo
A pinch of salt
Almendras tostadas

Steps

1. Hervir la bebida de avena sin gluten con una pizca de sal.

2. Añadir el sirope de arroz y el puré de almendras.

3. Incorporar el cuscús y remover bien hasta conseguir una pasta. Dejar enfriar.

4. Formar bolitas y rellenar con la compota.

5. Decorar con una almendra tostada.
