  • 1 taza de azukis
  • ½ tira de alga kombu
  • 2 cebolletas picaditas
  • 3 zanahorias picaditas
  • 2 tiras de apio cortado fino
  • 1 cucharada pequeña de mugi miso
  • 1 cucharadita pequeña de tahin blanco
  • Cilantro

Steps

1. Cocer las azukis, previamente remojadas, con el alga kombu en una olla a presión durante 1 hora.

2. Colar. Reservar el caldo para utilizarlo como bebida medicinal.

3. Saltear las cebollas con aceite y una pizca de sal durante 10 minutos.Añadir las zanahorias y el apio y seguir salteando hasta que estén tiernos, unos 15 minutos más.

4. Mezclar las azukis con las verduras, añadir el miso, el tahini y hacer puré.

5. Añadir el cilantro picadito fino.
