  • 1 paquete de tofu fresco (cortado en cubos grandes)
  • Jengibre fresco (cortado en rodajas finas)
  • Shoyu
  • Zumo concentrado de manzana (j.c.m)
  • Aceite extravirgen de oliva de primera presión en frío

Steps

1. Freír el tofu en un fondo de aceite de oliva extravirgen, hasta que toda su superficie esté crujiente y adquiera un tono de color dorado

2. Cubrir la mitad del volumen del tofu con agua y añadir una cucharada de salsa de soja, dos de j.c.m y el jengibre

3. Tapar y cocer el tofu a fuego medio-bajo hasta que todo el líquido se haya evaporado completamente dándoles la vuelta una vez a los tacos (aprox. 20-25 min.). Servir caliente
