1.Hidratar las semillas de lino con agua durante unos 15 minutos.
2.Machacar la pulpa de la calabaza hasta conseguir la textura de una crema, añadir el sirope y mezclar bien.
3.En un bol mezclar todos los ingredientes secos, incorporar la crema de calabaza y las semillas de lino hidratadas, mezclar bien hasta conseguir una masa compacta y fácil de moldear.
4.Con las manos darle la forma deseada de fantasmas o de cara de monstruo.
5.Con el chocolate triturado y las semillas de calabaza insertar los ojos y la boca.
6.Hornear unos 20-25 minutos a 180ºC.7. Dejar enfriar.
7. Pincelar los fantasmas con el sirope de arroz y espolvorear con el coco rallado.
