500 ml de bebida de avena

70 g de crema de cacahuete

75 g de sirope de arroz

3 cucharadas de almidón de maíz en bebida vegetal fría

1 cucharada y media de agar agar 

Pan germinado seco Café o café de cereales

Cocoa powder 

Steps

1.Prepara un café fuerte y deja enfriar.

2.Disuelve el almidón en un poco de bebida de avena.

3.Calienta el resto de bebida con la crema de cacahuete y el sirope de arroz hasta que quede todo disuelto.

4.Añade el agar agar y hierve a fuego bajo durante 8 minutos y agrega el almidón de maíz disuelto previamente en el último momento. Remueve hasta que espese.

5.Remoja el pan germinado cortado a rebanadas con el café de cereales durante unos segundos, hasta que quede tierno.

6.En un molde agrega una capa de pan germinado y una de crema terminando con un poco de cacao en polvo. Repite la secuencia hasta que quede lleno y corona con más cacao en polvo.

7. Déjalo enfriar antes de servir.
