  • Tofu natural sin gluten 
  • Polenta de Maíz
  • Comino
  • Agua 
  • Maíz dulce
  • Pesto vegano
  • Piñones 
  • Salt

Steps

1. Cortar el puerro

2. Cortar en daditos el tofu

3. En una olla añadir una cucharada de aceite de oliva, el puerro cortado y 1 cucharada de comino

4. Añadir el agua a la mezcla y dejar cocer unos 10 minutos con un poco de sal.

5. Agregar el maíz dulce y el tofu, dejar hervir un poco más.

6. Añadir 100 gr de polenta de maíz hasta conseguir una pasta 

7. Decorar con el pesto vegano y los piñones
