1 Paquete de  Tender Jack  sabor barbacoa

½ lechuga

1 aguacate en rodajas

1 tomate en rodajas

2 boniatos medianos

Hierbas aromáticas (tomillo, romero y albahaca)

Para la salsa barbacoa:

3 cucharadas de tomate natural triturado

Media cucharada de vinagre de manzana

2 cucharadas de sirope de arroz

2 cucharadas de salsa de soja

1 cucharada de zumo de limón

1 pizca de sal

1 pizca de pimienta negra

Steps

1.Lavamos y pelamos los boniatos. Los cortamos a cuadrados y los colocamos en una bandeja para horno sazonados con las especias.

2.Horneamos hasta que estén tiernos, aproximadamente 30 minutos.

3. Preparamos la salsa barbacoa mezclando todos los ingredientes.

4.Mientras tanto salteamos el Tender Jack en la sartén durante 5 o 10 minutos o hasta que esté caliente. Reservamos.

5. Una vez los boniatos estén tibios con la ayuda de un molde los vamos colocando como base en un plato. Añadimos por encima el tomate, el aguacate y la lechuga troceada.

6. Finalizamos con el tender Jack encima y añadimos un poco de salsa barbacoa.
