250 gramos de mijo

250 ml de zumo de manzana

Piel de limón

A handful of sultanas

Una cucharada de sirope de arroz

A pinch of salt

Un puñado de semillas de calabaza

Un puñado de bayas de goji

Un puñado de semillas de sésamo

1 piece of kombu seaweed

Steps

Receta extraída del libro de Patricia Restrepo: Macrobiótica – El libro de la gran vida.

1. Lavamos muy bien el mijo.2. Ponemos todos los ingredientes en una cacerola a excepción del sirope de arroz y las semillas.

3. Hervimos 100 minutos y bajamos el fuego.

4. Cocemos a fuego bajo unos 50 minutos.

5. Servimos con sirope de arroz y semillas tostadas o frutas de temporada.
