  • 1 bloque de tofu fresco cortado en dados

 Salsa

  • 2 cucharadas de crema de cacahuete
  • 1/2 cucharada de mugi miso
  • 1 cucharada de mostaza y agua

Steps

1. Untar una bandeja de horno con unas gotas de aceite

2. Colocar los dados de tofu en la bandeja. Preparar una salsa espesa con los ingredientes indicados en esta receta

3. Verter una cucharada sopera de la salsa en cada loncha de tofu y hornear a fuego medio durante unos 30 minutos

4. Servir con un poco de perejil fresco picado
