Plátano y crema de cacahuete

1/3 vaso de copos de avena

2/3 vaso de bebida de avena en envase de vidrio

1 cda. de semillas de lino

½ plátano maduro

½ cdta. de canela

2 cdas. de crema de cacahuete

Toppings: rodajas de plátano, crema de cacahuete y cacahuetes troceados

Frutos rojos

1/3 vaso de copos de avena

2/3 vaso de bebida de avena en envase de vidrio

1 cda. de semillas de chía

1/3 vaso de frutos rojos (arándanos y frambuesas)

1 cdta. de sirope de arroz

Toppings: almendras y arándanos

Melocotón y yogur

1/3 vaso de copos de avena

2/3 vaso de bebida de avena en vidrio

1 cda. de semillas de chía

2 cdas. de yogur de soja

1 cdta. de cacao en polvo

1 cdta. de sirope de arroz

Toppings: pistachos, melocotón y yogur

Steps

Plátano y crema de cacahuete

1. Mezcla todos los ingredientes en una jarra y deja en la nevera al menos 4 h o toda la noche. Sirve con rodajas de plátano, crema de cacahuete y cacahuetes troceados por encima.

Frutos rojos

1. Para hacer la compota de frutos rojos, ponlos en un cazo con un par de cucharadas de agua. Cocina a fuego medio durante 5 minutos hasta que estén bien blandos. Luego aplástalos con un tenedor o con la batidora.

2. Mezcla todos los ingredientes en una jarra y deja en la nevera al menos 4 h o toda la noche.

3. Sirve con almendras y arándanos por encima.

Melocotón y yogur

1. Mezcla todos los ingredientes en una jarra y deja en la nevera al menos 4 h o toda la noche. Sirve con más yogur, trozos de melocotón y pistachos troceados.
