La pasta en formato tagliatelle de trigo duro ecológica IRIS se produce con una mezcla de granos cuidadosamente seleccionados por ellos de su propia cosecha, para garantizar un producto con un alto valor nutricional y con una óptima resistencia a la cocción. Toda la elaboración responde plenamente al método tradicional, con dibujo en bronce, para obtener una pasta agradablemente más rugosa y porosa, ideal para absorber y realzar las salsas.
