8 espárragos grandes (300g peso escurrido)

½ vaso de agua de los espárragos

1 rebanada de pan

1-2 cdas. de miso de garbanzos

Para servir

Extra virgin olive oil

Albahaca fresca picada

Steps

1. Pon en el vaso de la batidora los espárragos troceados, ½ vaso de su agua, el pan y el miso.

2. Tritura hasta obtener una textura cremosa. Pruébala y añade sal si es necesario. Deja enfriar en la nevera.

3. Sirve la crema en boles con un chorrito de aceite de oliva virgen extra y albahaca fresca picada.

4. Acompaña con el pan ácimo de espelta.
