250 g de fresa

3 cdas. de sirope de arroz

2 cdas. de vinagre de manzana

Steps

1. Lavamos las fresas y las troceamos.

2. Ponemos las fresas en el bol y añadimos el sirope de arroz.

3. Agregamos las dos cucharadas de vinagre y dejamos reposar mínimo 1 hora en nevera o hasta que las fresas suelten su propio jugo.

4. Removemos de vez en cuando.

5. Servimos solas, con una bola de helado o como topping para un yogur.
