Trick to relax your feet after a long day
It is always important to stop and relax after a day full of stress and fatigue. Take your time and add this trick to your daily routine to help your feet regain the strength they lose during the day. Add it to your daily routine.
Relajante baño de pies
- Agua caliente
- 1 cucharada de arcilla verde
- 1 o 3 gotas de aceite esencial de Melisa o lavanda
Preparation:
1. Poner el agua caliente en un cuenco.
2. Añadir 1 cuchara de arcilla verde.
3. Remojar los pies y masajear suavemente frotándolos juntos hasta que el agua se enfríe.
