1,5 tazas de harina de espelta

1/4 de taza de aceite de girasol

1/4 de taza de crema de cacahuete

1 taza de harina de almendra

3/4 de taza de sirope de arroz

1 sobre de levadura

Una pizca de sal.

Steps

1. Mezcla bien todos los ingredientes, empezando por los secos.

2. Amasa hasta integrarlos bien.

3. Haz una bola, envuelve en un paño y guárdala en el frigorífico mientras preparas el relleno.

4. Para utilizarla, divídela en 2 partes. Ayúdate de un rodillo para extender una parte y colócala en la base del recipiente, haz un rulo con otra parte para colocarlo en el borde.
