  • 2 tazas grandes de garbanzos cocidos
  • 1 puñadito de alga arame
  • 1 carrot
  • ½ o 1 espinacas
  • 1 puñadito de cilantro o perejil
  • 1 c.s. de ralladura de limón
  • Media manzana 
 
  • Aliño
  • 1 c.s. de miso de cebada
  • 1 c.s. de vinagre umeboshi
  • 1 c.s. de aceite de oliva
  • 1 c.s. de ralladura de limón

Steps

 1. Escurrir bien los garbanzos y colocarlos en una ensaladera.

2. Poner el alga arame a remojo durante 10 minutos.

3. Rallar la zanahoria en el rallador más fino y añadirla a los garbanzos.

4. Añadir las espinacas.

5. Escurrir bien el alga arame y añadirla junto con el cilantro picadito.

6. Mezclar en un tarro de cristal los ingredientes del aliño y verter sobre la ensalada.

7. Mezclar bien y dejar reposar unos minutos antes de servir para que se integren bien los sabores.

8. Al servir, espolvorear con la ralladura de limón y añadir trozos de manzana cortados
