  • 1 zanahoria cortada a cerillas
  • La misma cantidad de bardana (si es fresca cortada a cerillas, o bardana dejada a remojo durante 10 minutos)
  • 30 gramos de calabaza
  • 1 cebolla
  • 1 trozo de raíz de loto (opcional)
  • 1 tablespoon of barley miso
  • 1 cucharada de shiro miso
  • 1 trozo de jengibre
  • 1 cucharada de aceite de semillas de sésamo
  • Un poco de perejil crudo
  • 1 litro de agua

Steps

1. Saltear en un poco de aceite la zanahoria. 

2. Añadir por encima la bardana y un poco de agua que lo cubra.

3. Dejar cocer durante 10 minutos a fuego bajo hasta que la bardana este tierna.

4. Añadir la calabaza y la cebolla cortada en cubos.

5. Agregar el agua que falta.

6. Dejar cocer un mínimo de 30 minutos hasta que se haga una sopa consistente y sustanciosa.

7. En el último momento, diluir los dos misos en un poco de caldo y añadir a la sopa.

8. Cocer 5 minutos más sin dejar hervir.

9. Exprimir el zumo de jengibre y servir con jengibre y perejil.
